Oakley & Wesson absolutely love the Badlands Ranch Superfood Nuggets Beef Tripe & Kale! We personally use them as treats rather than food toppers, and they’re perfect for that. One thing I really appreciate (especially while pregnant) is that they don’t have a strong odor, which is a huge win for me. The ingredients are simple and clean, which makes me feel great about giving these regularly. I love that they’re freeze-dried, so the nutrients are preserved, and that they include wholesome superfoods like pumpkin and kale in addition to beef tripe. My dogs especially love the pumpkin, and I appreciate the added greens for extra nutrition. These nuggets are an easy way to give my dogs a nutrient-dense, high-quality reward without fillers or junk. They’re convenient, versatile, and clearly delicious — they will definitely be a staple in our treat rotation!

The Badlands Ranch Superfood Nuggets Beef Tripe & Kale Freeze-Dried Dog Food Topper comes in a resealable bag and is easy to open. It does not need to be refrigerated after opening, store in a cool dry place. It can be used as a topper or a treat. I suggest introducing them in small portions to begin with bc it upset one of my dogs stomachs, but my other one handled them fine with no problem. Both of my dogs seemed to love the taste bc they gobbled them right up. The bite sized pieces are formed, not soft but not hard either. This topper supports strong muscles, helps maintain energy, and they are nutrient-dense with no corn, soy, wheat, or fillers. I would absolutely recommend!

Our dogs immediately went nuts for these superfood nuggets! We have been using them as a training treat rather than food topper and they are a huge hit! From the moment I opened the bag our two bulldogs went nuts drooling and anxiously waiting for their turn to scarf down the treats. The amount of nuggets in the bag is very substantial and the nuggets are the perfect size. They break apart easily enough to break in half and don't fall apart; there is no discernible smell and they don't leave a lot of residue/gunk on your hands/fingers when handling them.

Overall we have no complaints. My dog is an older gal so she is on a specific main diet but it is always nice to offer her some variety. These are simple ingredient treats that you can feed right out of hand, put on top of food, or even moisten. I like a treat with options. They can also be put into treat dispensers (can be broken up) or put into boredom buster toys. The price is probably more than I would usually spend on treats, but they are easy to stretch out over the month.

This is a limited ingredient freeze-dried treat or meal topper designed for intermittent or supplemental feeding. The recipe is 5 ingredients—beef tripe, beef liver, kale, pumpkin and tart cherry. I’ve tried several freeze-dried foods/treats in the past and most are hard as a rock and do not absorb moisture. I really like this product because of its high quality limited ingredient recipe, but also because it’s soft enough to crush with my fingers and it absorbs moisture so it blends well with her wet food. Most important—she loves it!
