I use this on my Chesapeake Bay Retrievers in the summer months to knock down the smell occassionally generated from the naturally occuring oily hair noted on CBRs. It also works great for skin yeast infections on dogs. I highly recommend this shampoo for dogs.
Cleared my dog up after 3 shampoos. Had an allergic reaction to something was losing hair.
This shampoo is awesome! I use it to treat the yeast infections my dog gets between her pads from her constant licking. I have used it to successfully treat ringworm on a momma cat and her 5 kittens. It always leaves the coat soft and shiny and has never failed to treat whatever I have thrown at it. I love that I can use this safely on 1 week old kittens with no side effects!
Was not happy with the shampoo, it didn't seem to help my dog at all.
Works like they claim, great product.grew her hair back in 2 weeks
This worked the way its advertised. My beagle got tore up in the woods from briars and was covered in scabs and hotspots. This shampoo helped with our treatment plan.
I used this for my dog and it was great,he loved it and his fur was so soft and smelled so good. I would recommend to others ,from chewy was very fast delivery.
My vet ordered a 4% chlorohexidine shampoo for a skin disease our girl is suffering from. She couldn't find any above 3%. Came to Chewy's and found this formula. The horse shampoo almost scared me off. Read more though and saw safe for dogs. Very pleasant smell, especially considering it's medicated. Lathers well. Highly recommend!
My dog had a hot spot that he would start licking and it caused worse problems. I washed him with this then sprayed another Banixx product on him, and he didn't even know the hot spot was there any more.
I was so hopeful for this shampoo bc I had been referred by my brother to try it bc it worked so well for his dog who chews & itches and bites herself but like EVERYTHING I try my Lillie of course just couldn’t handle it. Like most shampoo’s once dry she started itching and digging and just cannot stop herself. I try to redirect, give Benadryl, love on her, spray anti-itch spray, everything. She just is allergic to EVERYTHING. So it isn’t the Brand of shampoo, it is my Lillie
