Wrong packaging but customer service was awesome!

I ordered treats but kept getting a bag that said it was feed. After problem solving with customer service they called the manufacturer who told them that the product

I ordered treats but kept getting a bag that said it was feed. After problem solving with customer service they called the manufacturer who told them that the product IS treats but they ran out of the treat labeled bags so just put the treats in a bag labeled for feed! Took us a few back and forth to figure it out but each agent was kind and really worked hard to figure it out. Thank you! I share that story a lot.

Misleading package labeling

Bold letters on front say "Premium Chicken Treats" so I thought I was buying treats. On back the description and nutritional info indicated a regular chicken feed

Bold letters on front say "Premium Chicken Treats" so I thought I was buying treats. On back the description and nutritional info indicated a regular chicken feed. It was a good price but now I suspect it has little chips of oyster shell and that lowers net weight of feed by adding heavier mineral. Won't purchase again.
