since they have a light-medium chew line I mistakenly assumed these would be quite harder like a Whimzees but these might have been as soft or even softer than Greenies. Which was a bit disappointing because the mechanical action against the teeth didn’t seem at all effective. Softness was maybe fine however because my dogs LOVE greenies but every time I pulled these out they would take them reluctantly like ‘really?’ And I think it’s the flavoring because Greenies have that ‘dog food’ smell where these smelled a little more human-grade, which one would think is a good thing except I just mean it smells like pure peppermint oil with maybe a pinch of chicken? we finished the bag but likely won’t buy again.

These chews smell nice, my dog loves them, and they’re good for his widdle toofers! One thing to keep in mind: the use of the word “durable” to describe these is relative. My little guy takes a few minutes to completely consume one. A larger doggo with stronger chewing ability would probably eat these in one or two bites. That said, I think these are a solid dental chew option for owners of small to medium size dogs. Gotta protec them chomperz!!!

These treats are a great size and design, perfect for my pup who is a heavy chewer. Texture is perfect for removing plaque and the channel in the center can be filled with dental paste. Milo loves them and although there is no noticeable difference in his breath his teeth look great.
