Was excited about this bed but am actually disappointed

The medium bed was shipped in a vacuum sealed bag. I left it on the table to expand for 36 hrs and then fluffed it. It's not round, it's oval. The bolstered side

The medium bed was shipped in a vacuum sealed bag. I left it on the table to expand for 36 hrs and then fluffed it. It's not round, it's oval. The bolstered side is supposed to measure 8" tall but it's only about 6.5". The description states it's supposed to be 30x30" but it actually measures approximately 33.5x28". The cushion in the middle is lumpy and doesn't fill one side so I'm not sure how much it's going to help my dog in an orthopedic way. My biggest complaint is the info says it doesn't have a removable cover due to the entire bed being machine washable. I read this prior to purchase and was okay with it. However, looking closer at the care instructions on the tag, it says it should only be laundered in a front loading washing machine. That info should be added to the description of the product because a lot of us still have top loaders. Very disappointed.

I was not impressed by this bed at all. One of the main issues was, it is suppose to be the larger the bed the more stuffing it should have; not in this case. Not only did it not have enough stuffing for it"s size, the bolster edging around the bed was all uneven from the lack of stuffing. Plus, to make matters worse, within the bolster you could feel like a line of what felt like molded hard plastic in different places. I have been a very pleased Auto - ship Chewy customer for a very long time. They usually chose their products very carefully. If you cannot find a product Chewy will have it; plus they are always willing to help you. All I can say is Bedsure you missed the opportunity to showcase your product on Chewy, by cutting cost on your product. I will never purchase another product of yours again. I only hope Chewy will take heed, and really look into this product; it surely isn't worth the shipping cost loss you experienced. Thank you Chewy for all that you do for your customers.

We purchased the donut for our puppy to sink into and feel safe and comfortable when napping and for night time sleeping. She really loved it and would sink right in and go to sleep. After a few week the fluff and stuffing became a great chew toy, so it was easily tore opened. We replaced it with a larger one and the same issue happened. If you have a puppy that is all about getting to the stuffing of their toys this may not be the bed for you. The stuffing and plushness is very tempting to rip it apart, otherwise a great bed.

My dog didn't like it at all- she would rather sleep on the floor than on this bed. The cats oftentimes try to usurp her dog mat, but not this bed. I couldn't get any of my pets interested in it.
