I think it's great looking and soft as can be, and retains its shape beautifully. And their Customer Service is terrific. But...it sheds all over and though they sent me a new bed when I complained I couldn't get the cover off to wash it...the replacement was the same. Not as is advertised. You can wash the whole bed but I was afraid it would break my oldish washer, so had to go to the laundromat and spend $10 using their machines. The small would have been a better fit but I thought the medium's cover was removeable. But....it is a great bed re comfort and looks.

I don't think I've ever bought a bed for my pet that I love so much.\n And I've had pets for about Fifty years. Now I'll have to wait to see how the wear and tear is, but right now I love it.I wish they had the same material in lots of different colors and patterns so I could buy others.
