Great product, terrible packaging

I’m a groomer and I wanted an alcohol free quick dry spray, and best shot is one of the best brands i’ve used across the board. This stuff definitely speeds up drying

I’m a groomer and I wanted an alcohol free quick dry spray, and best shot is one of the best brands i’ve used across the board. This stuff definitely speeds up drying and leaves coats feeling so smooth and soft. The problem is the bottles. I’ve ordered 3 bottles and every single one was broken. The first one had a broken sprayer head and the next two arrived all dented and leaking. Thankfully chewy has great customer service. This stuff is a 10 out of 10 drying spray but definitely not the most effective dematting spray. It does seem to help a little bit with deshedding.

I’ve been using Ice on Ice spray but thought I would try this. This leaves a slightly sticky residue on the coat and the fragrance was overpowering so I threw it

It smells great!

This product is excellent to bathe, condition and dry coats. Love the spray in conditioner. Leaves my poodle hair in great shape.

Work great!

This works very well for after bathing and for regular brushing! It seems to make the drying process go faster and it leaves the coat soft and shiny.

Hardly any smell at all!

I bought this hoping it would have a great smell and keep my dog smelling fresh and reduce odors, but after shaking the bottle well, I opened it, to be sadly disappointed

I bought this hoping it would have a great smell and keep my dog smelling fresh and reduce odors, but after shaking the bottle well, I opened it, to be sadly disappointed that there is hardly any smell at all. After reading the description of what it smells like, I had high hopes for this one, but again, there is hardly any smell at all. I shook it up even more hoping that would help, but it didn’t. I do not recommend this if you are looking for something to keep your dog smelling nice. It may work nice for the other features given in the description, but not for odors.

Amazing customer service

I had ordered this and when it arrived the seal was broke and most of the product leaked out. After contacting customer service they replaced the item completely
