bad instructions.

I haven't put it together yet cause don't really understand the not very good instructions. From what I have seen of it, it looks to be sturdy. Instructions said

I haven't put it together yet cause don't really understand the not very good instructions. From what I have seen of it, it looks to be sturdy. Instructions said it rusts easily so have to either keep it oiled or paint it. Not happy about that when it said it stands up to all weather.
