Since this product is made with live cultures, is there an expiration period?

Biokleen Bac-Out Stain+Odor Remover has a two year shelf life, after that time it will start to lose effectiveness.

Is this still original formula with just lime/citrus scent or is it the version with lime and lavender?

This remover is made with citrus species leaf oil, and does not contain lavender.

Can this be used outside without harm to real grass or plants?

This solution can be used outside on hard non-porous surfaces. If you do get on plants or grass we would recommend rinsing them with water afterwards but it won't harm them.

Does this product contain enzymes for odor control?

It's not the original version of Bac-Out

Biokleen has been through some recent changes, and the product shown on Chewy website was Biokleen's original Bac-Out stain/odor remover (highly effective). But

Biokleen has been through some recent changes, and the product shown on Chewy website was Biokleen's original Bac-Out stain/odor remover (highly effective). But what I received was the new "carpet" version, which is noticeably less effective. I'm really not happy, but I think this switch was the fault of Biokleen, not Chewy.com.

False Advertising, this is NOT the Stain and Odor Remover

You think you have finally found the original stuff you love, and order it. What arrives is not the stain and odor remover, but the carpet cleaner. Based on smell,

You think you have finally found the original stuff you love, and order it. What arrives is not the stain and odor remover, but the carpet cleaner. Based on smell, color, and viscosity of the product, the carpet cleaner seems to be a diluted version of the original. It's really frustrating trying to find this product only to be sent an inferior version.

This is really great stuff!

This stops stains on the carpet and furniture. And I love the smell. I used to use Nature's Miracle, but it didn't really stop the stains from urine and barf

I have used this when someone has an accident, sad tummy etc. Use it on carpet, wood floor, tile blankets dog beds and more.
