Unsafe Plastic Tape Unicorn

At first glance, this unicorn pinata looked great -- our African grey parrot really likes unicorn pinatas and I was happy to find this one for her to play with and

At first glance, this unicorn pinata looked great -- our African grey parrot really likes unicorn pinatas and I was happy to find this one for her to play with and tear apart. After she tore up the unicorn's face, I noticed something shiny. Closer inspection revealed that the unicorn's rainbow mane was attached by clear plastic tape. Not parrot friendly, by any means. Then, I started tearing the unicorn pinata apart myself to see if any other tape was lurking. Lo and behold, the tail was also held in place by the same tape. I tore that off, did another thorough inspection, and returned the unicorn to our parrot who was watching with much interest. Writing this review to warn others to check for tape -- underneath the mane and tail -- before handing off to parrots.

Cute & Fun but Overpriced

Cute, colorful toy but way overpriced for what you get...flimsy, cheaply made and no hook or clip included. Disappointed for what I paid.
