Height inaccurate, but Chewy resolved

I originally bought this for my larger parrots as it said it was 10 inches long per the description, but it arrived at barely 6 inches. Chewy immediately apologized

I originally bought this for my larger parrots as it said it was 10 inches long per the description, but it arrived at barely 6 inches. Chewy immediately apologized and refunded, and said they would have their team update the description. It's a great toy, but it being smaller than expected my birds will have it shredded sooner!

It is described as soft wood, good for small or medium baby parrots. When I think of soft wood, I think of balsa, or basswood. This is pine. It’s hard! I have small

It is described as soft wood, good for small or medium baby parrots. When I think of soft wood, I think of balsa, or basswood. This is pine. It’s hard! I have small conures, pine is too hard for them! If you’re going to advertise for soft wood, it needs to be either balsa, or basswood! The only positive I can give this product is that the wood is colorful, and attractive.
