I like buying in bulk. This was a nice quantity to purchase and should last me a little while. I was impressed with the individual size of the cuttle bones. Yet,

I like buying in bulk. This was a nice quantity to purchase and should last me a little while. I was impressed with the individual size of the cuttle bones. Yet, a 3rd of them were broken. It wasn't a huge deal breaker for me because a whole one would be way too big for my budgies. So, the conures get the whole ones while the broken ones go to the budgies. I was needing the metal piece (holder) for the budgies, though. I thought that surely there would be at least 1 in the box. I was right, there was one. But, it is so weak and flimsy that I believe my itty-bitty guys will pull the bone out on their first attempt at utilizing it. So, I'll have to buy a good one.

I bought the 12 pack of 8" cuttlebone and I'm very happy with the purchase. They are really about 8" and look huge. They come in a box which Chewy packed in another

I bought the 12 pack of 8" cuttlebone and I'm very happy with the purchase. They are really about 8" and look huge. They come in a box which Chewy packed in another box just for the cuttlebone so there was minimal breakage. (One broke in half and a couple had small nicks on the sides.) The price is pretty good too. My Russian tortoises will love these.
