The ingredients on the bag (picture) starts with beef, but your nutritional info section has the first ingredient as beef liver. What is the correct 1st ingredient?

The ingredients are Beef liver, beef lung, sweet potato, vegetable glycerin, beef, ground flaxseed, ground chia seed, dried pumpkin, salt, citric acid (a preservative), vinegar, mixed tocopherols (a preservative), rosemary extract.
