Worth a shot

Tried this with a family member's dog who has a weird skin issue. We did not see a difference in her coat/etc after 30 days but I can't fault this product. I think

Tried this with a family member's dog who has a weird skin issue. We did not see a difference in her coat/etc after 30 days but I can't fault this product. I think her skin issues require a vet diagnosis. The pooch didn't much care for these treats either but we were able to sneak them in to her regular food. I'm sure this product would work better on a "normal" coat but it was worth a shot.

I decided to try out Black Gold Skin and Coat for my two miniature dachshunds to see if it would improve their coats. Upon receiving it, I was very impressed with the list of ingredients, but the real test was to see if my dogs would actually eat it. They can be very picky! My usually picky dogs absolutely LOVE their daily “special treat” now! I enjoy giving them a treat they not only love and get excited for, but know that they are truly benefiting from taking Black Gold Skin and Coat! Their coats have become so glossy and soft, and several people have commented on how shiny their coats are now! Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to provide good nutrients and spoil their dog at the same time!

I recently started giving my dogs the Black Gold BGX Salmon Flavored Skin & Coat Supplement Natural Dog Chew Treats, and they seem to really enjoy the flavor—they gobble them right up without any hesitation. I’m happy to report that there haven’t been any negative side effects like upset stomachs, which is always a concern when introducing a new supplement. While I haven’t noticed a significant difference in their coat just yet, it’s only been a couple of weeks, so I’m looking forward to seeing more results with continued use. Overall, I’m satisfied with the product so far and will continue to use it to support my dogs’ skin and coat health.

I was pretty excited to use this for my dogs to help their skin since it can get a bit dry at times but they were not for the flavor. They did take them into their mouths, but then spit them out and when I grabbed it off the floor the fishy smell was potent. I didn't blame them for not being fans as they are not huge on fish products. I wish it came in different flavors but understand the fish oils and omegas are what help the skin and coat. I'm hopeful they find a way to bring in different flavors.

We have an older dog who has always had skin concerns and we were excited to try this product. At first our picky guy was excited to eat them like treats and gobbled them up. As we continued to give them to him daily he became less interested and it took some coaxing to get him to eat them, I think they helped his skin improve minimally. I’d say they are worth trying, but I’m not sure I’d buy them again for our pup.

These vitamins are bite sized, and easy to pick out of the jar - no messy residue on your fingers. Bonus is that they don’t stick when you open the jar! My 6yr old pup took a few days to take to the vitamin chews and some days she chooses not to eat them ( I place them on top of her kibble). Overall, happy with the product thus far (it’s been a couple weeks). We won’t see any differences probably for a couple months.
