Picky eater FINALLY satisfied!

This is literally the only wet food my cat will touch. It is on the pricier side, but it's actually worth it for the amount of actual food in the ingredients. It has a playdoh consistency, which tells me that it's much dryer than most other canned cat food, but it seems to be Toby's preferred texture so I can't complain. I highly suggest having a water fountain as well, so that your cat gets additional water, especially for male cats who are more prone to expensive ph imbalance urinary issues. I had that issue with a previous cat and Meow Mix dry food, which is why I splurge on quality food now. My only real issue is that this does contain carrageenan, which can cause cancer in cats, BUT it's also in most other pate foods.

Excellent product; however, delivery was troublesome

Can't say enough good about this product. My cats love this food, and refuse to eat anything else. However, I continue to have issues with FedEx, the Chewy shipper

Can't say enough good about this product. My cats love this food, and refuse to eat anything else. However, I continue to have issues with FedEx, the Chewy shipper of choice in my area. The drivers keep marking "business closed; unable to deliver" even though I am a private residence, often delaying delivery by several days. This was the fourth time this has happened, even though I have spoken about it to FedEx customer service and the local district manager. I wish I could have input on what delivery service Chewy used for me, as I have no issues with USPS and UPS.

Cats got sick

Our two cats have been eating the Salmon for months without issue. Neither have ever been picky eaters. Decided to try the Ocean Fish and Tuna Entree, Lot 20280505DB

Our two cats have been eating the Salmon for months without issue. Neither have ever been picky eaters. Decided to try the Ocean Fish and Tuna Entree, Lot 20280505DB. It's dark brown and dense/dry. They ate the first few cans (I split each can in half for each) but then one day after eating got violently ill and threw everything up. They quit eating anything going on two days after and one that appeared the worst (very subdued and refusing everything) was taken to the vet -- a $700+ exercise to rule out viral infection, physical abnormality or parasites and sent back home with no clear diagnosis. The next day they started eating a little dry food which increased over the next couple days but they refuse to touch this canned food. As an experiment I put some out for a neighbor cat that comes by daily and he refused to eat it, but will eat dry.

The 8/20/25 order, thankfully, was stored on the porch. I went to retrieve it today and there were grubs throughout most of the cans because one of the cans had opened when the box was mishandled and thus dented during shipping. The porch smelled terrible and we thought it was the carpet so we'd vacuumed and cleaned it repeatedly as the smell (because it was coming from the Chewy cans) did not go away.
