These tender shreds are perfectly portioned in an easy to store pouch, keeping them very fresh. A little goes a long way. When you empty the pouch it doesn't seem like much at first, but once you mix it into the kibble it coats it very well with a thick gravy. It's an easy way to add some moisture and protein. My dogs both went crazy over this stuff. They lick the bowl clean every time. It smells fresh and the packets make it super easy to use. I also like the ingredients of it and feel confident giving it to my dogs.

dogs stomach didn’t agree.

i used one packet as a food topper for my dog two separate and both times i did he got diarrhea and this was within weeks of each other because i wasn’t sure if

i used one packet as a food topper for my dog two separate and both times i did he got diarrhea and this was within weeks of each other because i wasn’t sure if it was this or something else. i do think something in it just disagreed with my dogs stomach and the food itself isn’t bad. he really enjoyed the taste and is very upset he can’t have any more.

I am always looking for a wet food to mix in with the dry kibble my dog eats. I’m so glad I got the Blue Buffalo Tender Shreds in the Salmon and Chicken Flavor. The pouches come in a box that can sit on the counter taking up minimal space, but right at your fingertips. The shredded blend mixes in very well, coating the full cup of kibble my dog eats morning and evening. My picky dog gets tired of most every canned food I try, but he is so excited to eat at every meal now! Yay!

I recently started using Blue Buffalo Tender Shreds Salmon & Chicken Toppers for my senior German Shepherd, who is 13 years old and has difficulty eating due to mouth cancer. This product has been a game-changer for him. When I add these tender shreds on top of his main course, he gobbles it up in no time. Not only does my German Shepherd love it, but my two small dogs also insist on having the topper added to their meals.
