I personality think this hay smells great, very fresh. I like to give my rabbit different kinds of hay and he really liked this alphalpa hay. I mixed some deep into his regular Timothy hay and he dug to find the new "flavor". Nice quality with very little loose dusty buildup at the bottom of the bag. I would like to be able to purchase a larger bag. Simple ingredients are great. Good packaging. My dutch bunny is happy.
Smells Nice, Good Quality but Nothing Special
The hay smells really nice and fresh, and it seems like good quality overall. Since alfalfa hay is better for baby or young rabbits, I’ll be using it as a treat

Since alfalfa hay is better for baby or young rabbits, I’ll be using it as a treat for my adult bunny instead of their main hay. My bunny doesn’t seem too interested in eating it though...my bun buns been using it more as bedding and has put it in his nesting box. I do like the resealable bag! It keeps the hay fresh and makes it easier to store without the animals getting into it during playtime. (My current hay product doesn't have the resealable bag...never knew you could get hay that came in that type of bag...) Overall, it’s a decent hay product, just nothing particularly special.
Great Green Alfalfa!
My vet had recommended I feed my Lionhead alfalfa to fatten him up. I like that it was more leaf and less stem. It’s easier to handle and not as messy as Flakes

Rabbits gobbled up this alfalfa hay!
As a rabbit owner I have always feed timothy hay so I wasn't sure what they would think of alfalfa. But they gobbled it up! As far as I can tell this hay is of good
As a rabbit owner I have always feed timothy hay so I wasn't sure what they would think of alfalfa. But they gobbled it up! As far as I can tell this hay is of good quality and still green too. My rabbits enjoyed the change in hay as well. The texture is different from timothy which was new for me and it did fall out a bit more from the hay feeder but my rabbits didn't mind a bit and ate that too. I would recommend this product based on my experience and the quality of it.

I have started to mix it with her other hay to try to help and it has. It has a wonderful smell and she does like it so we will be purchasing again once she is done with this bag!
Loved by a picky eater
I got this not knowing if our hamster would even like it as she is a really picky eater. However, we put a handful in and she has it gone within a day! I'm so happy

We have 3 Roborovski dwarf hamsters. This was the first time they tried the alfalfa hay, and they really liked it. They did not have any problems after eating it

I am rating this a 5 Star because it is a good brand. I personally like the smell, but I have a picky Bunny and she prefers Timothy Hay. I use the remaining hay
