Chewy is awesome, BMH not so much

I’m sure the hay itself is fine but after reading the package I learned Blue Mountain Hay funds a charity who believes they should dictate what we do with our personal

I’m sure the hay itself is fine but after reading the package I learned Blue Mountain Hay funds a charity who believes they should dictate what we do with our personal lives and spreads their doctrine to vulnerable communities worldwide under the guise of uplifting them. I don’t think companies should have any right to tell us how to live, I just want to feed my guinea pigs :( But I do want to give a shoutout to Chewy’s customer service reps for being super helpful and understanding as always. :)

MY RABBIT APPROVES THEY MAKE A GREAT PRODUCT

I have a holland lop rabbit, and a Serbian long hair hamster so hay is a staple in my house. I like the Blue Mountain hay for my pets they have good quality hay

I have a holland lop rabbit, and a Serbian long hair hamster so hay is a staple in my house. I like the Blue Mountain hay for my pets they have good quality hay. The hay does not have all of the dust and has a sweet pleasant smell that I find my animals like. I put some hay in my rabbits cage and she starts eating right away so I know she likes it. I also tried some with my hamster, and he liked it as well. I really found the packaging appealing with this hay it has an easily resealable bag helps keep the hay fresh. My animals really like it so, I will gladly keep getting this hay for them and would recommend for any rabbit or Syrian hamster owner.

This was our first experience with oat hay, on first look the hay appeared brown and a little dusty. When i opened the bag, it was NOT dusty, it was just chopped. The hay was more brown than i usually choose, but it smelled good and was soft to the touch! Piggy Smalls unfortunately was not a fan. She loves her hay, but she seems to prefer the long strands. She did eat some, but she wasn’t impressed. It wasn’t ideal for us, but I would still recommend trying it out! 1 guinea pig’s preference doesn’t speak for all hay eating pets!

I thought this hay had a very pleasant smell and really thought our little critters would enjoy it. However, they don’t seem to love it as I thought they would

The majority of my rabbits liked this organic oat hay. It was something new for them to try and they gobbled it up. My pickier rabbits didn’t like it, but they don’t like most hays. I liked the sweet smell and soft texture of the hay and also that it’s grown and packaged in the U.S.
