SO STINKY, but dog loves it
This thing STINKS LIKE MANURE. I mean actual manure. Like the cow stepped in manure, and they didn't wash it off, and then sold it as a dog bone. That being said, my dog loves this thing, is absolutely obsessed with it, and it kept him busy so far for about 6 hours. He has licked all the stuffing out of it, so I'm not sure if he will lose interest now or keep chewing on the hoof part. Anyway, it's perfect for an outside dog. If your dog is inside (like mine), what I did is just let him chew on it for a couple of hours at a time, and then take it away and double-bag it in a ziploc bag to hide the smell. I do love that this is made in the USA, which is important to me for pet treats.
Loved by the Dog
Talk about watching your dog become incredibly excited to get a special treat. Thought we'd try these since they're made in the USA and appear to be natural products. Of course, when you want a healthier product for your best friend, sometimes you get some interesting side effects along with it. Our chocolate lab absolutely loved this and took no time enjoying every last drop. We unfortunately couldn't figure out what the strange smell was in our house and here it was the remains of the hoof that she had snuck under items to try to hide it for chewing later. I'd definitely buy these again as they are great and a quality product.
It was ok dog loved it
Let me tell you Zeus loves it but once he was done I kept smelling this foul smell it took my awhile to figure out where it was coming from until I picked it up. All I could think of was bath breath once he was done still some there I had to trash it even though he liked it I could t handle the smell.

The stuffing resulted in upset tummy for my small dog. (10#) Will not repurchase given it is a bit too rich for her tummy.
