Bonkers Bites Grain-Free Seafood & Eat IT! Crunchy Cat Treats, 30-oz tub

I have been buying Bonkers for my three cats for years, they’ve always gone bonkers for it. However, two of the three REFUSE to eat the newest container I just ordered, they literally spit it out (the third cat loves it but it also gave her diarrhea). The color and texture was very different than what it was before, so I compared the ingredients between the old and new containers, and they are VERY different. Not a single vitamin to be found in the new version, but now includes animal plasma?! I will not be buying Bonkers again unless they revert back to the old recipe.

Opened box to nothing to secure packages, cat treat box SHATTERED, and treats EVERYWHERE in the box

I hate to remove a star because Chewy's customer service was awesome. The company packaging this treat needs to go back to the drawing board. I didn't feed them the 1st box because the lid and the plastic top came off and was all over the box. Chewy sent another box right away. It was packed by Chewy in it's own box with no other items. It too had the lid and plastic top off. Since it was in a more form fitting box, I didn't call to complain and fed the cats what didn't leak out. They must love it because they were standing in line waiting for more. So I will have to pick them up locally and again, this is not the fault of Chewy. The company needs to correct things on their end.
