Give your bird a comfortable place to perch with the JW Pet Large Comfy Bird Perch. It’s a simple, multi-colored rope that you can twist and bend to create all sorts of fun shapes for your pet to explore. Each end easily attaches to a wire cage, and the rope will hold its shape without exposing dangerous wires. Pet birds need perches of varying lengths, thicknesses, styles and materials to keep their feet healthy and their grip strong. The JW Pet Large Comfy Bird Perch makes a colorful and fun addition your bird’s perching choices.
It started shredding right after he first stood on it. I bought this to replace the one he had the was smaller thinking this would last longer. The other one lasted for a few years. This one is worse and I will have to replace it soon.

This does so well for Sully. I have several in his cage but he likes this one best. His other was identical to this and lasted well over 10 years but finally gave out. Replaced and now have a happy bird again. Thanks!!

I love this perch but only gave 4 stars bc I thought it would have a wire in it to help keep its shape and stability. While it kind of keep shape it drops while my YNA is standing on it. The only other thing I would’ve liked to have seen with it was a wider set washer so it holds onto two bars for added stability there as well. I find that it has to be turned out a bit every now and then bc it slides in between the bars of the cage. All in all though it serves it’s purpose and can and is still used so I may buy again!

Love these for my African Grey. After a while she manages to shred them but it takes her a while and it keeps her occupied and she prefers them over toys. Chewy has great prices for these and I will buy more.
Mmmmm...mighty bird strikes again!

My bird loves these ropes. Thick and beautifully made and tightly woven. Little parent loves it so much that it takes just under five days to chew through and break the rope. Now I’ll let him play with it while it’s hanging vertically and at some point get another one.!
It keep him entertained. Maybe it should have a flexible Metal core.
excellent travel perch

Drove coast to coast when I moved. Amazon was in a wire crate with wood perch for travel but she kept hanging on the wire instead of sitting on perch and was wearing sores on the bottoms of her feet. Stopped on day 2 & got this perch. It seemed to absorb vibration from car & gave more sure grip because parrot would use this perch. Also it is stiff enough to be stable when pulled tight but flexible enough to shape & attach in different size travel crates. When we got to new home I put it in her regular cage. She eventually chewed it & I kept an eye on it, trimmed the frayed end & tied it to cage until too destroyed to be safe. It’s inexpensive to replace & keeps her busy. Just supervise as necessaryDrove coast to coast when I moved. High Quality Perch
on Nov 26, 2019
This perch is the best quality rope perch you can find. The petsmart brand ones are low quality with a wire going through the middle surrounded by easily frayed fibers. This perch was way too wide for my Pionus and cockatiels, but would be perfect for a much larger bird such as a Macaw or a Large Cockatoo. The diameter is about 1.5 inches and circumference is about 4 inches.
Sadly Disappointed in Quality

I have a 23-year-old green winged macaw parrot for whom I have been providing the Booda Bird Perch for the past 8 year at least. This one, ordered a couple of months ago through Chewy has not held up at all against Diego's beak play, yet his last Booda, although it has been washed about a dozen times and is 2 years old, still shows NO signs of his constant determination to destroy his toys. Apparently Booda has chosen to cut back on cost by producing an extremely inferior rope perch. Although his old one is clean but stained, I'll be switching back to that 2-year-old Booda perch while I search for a better made and stronger matching product. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY PURCHASE.
Big Colorful Perch
on Oct 22, 2019
This is actually the third (and by far largest) rope perch we have acquired. Birds are very much individuals, and while our lovebird thoroughly enjoys bopping around on this fun and colorful perch, our cockatiel is less impressed. (He's an old grump anyway, so we're not surprised at his reaction.)

My cockatoo is afraid of it, hasn’t used it yet, but in time I’m sure he will love it
