Booster Bath Elevated Dog Bathing & Grooming Center, Large, Teal

If you want this for your dogs at home it might be a good fit. However this is my first bathing station in my small dog grooming salon and I do not recommend this product if you are grooming dogs. Definitely overpriced for a plastic set up. Legs are not stable and will move when bathing large dogs or when they are climbing the stairs- the stairs definitely will fall off and drop a dog at least one time. I end up usually picking up the dog and placing them in the tub. Large breed dogs and long dog breeds are difficult to wash, and don’t really fit into the tub - you will spray water everywhere, the tethers seem great but in reality it’s best for small dogs. For large dogs I’ve learned it’s more stable and easier to have them tethered above their head to keep them from thrashing and jumping out. Also from large dogs being tethered, I have had a part of the tub come unlatched (bath has a top piece and a bottom piece for the walls), when the dog pulled and tried to jump out of the tub. The drain hose runs through the floor but will pop out of the tub and spill water in the floor, when the dog in the tub moves around a lot. For me (5ft 7in), bathing any size dog in this tub does hurt my back. I would never buy this product again nor recommend it.

The tub was easy to put together and a good height for bathing. It was also very sturdy with no movement at all. My standard size Australian shepherd fit nicely in this size. My mini Australian shepherd has more room to move around and did so with no movement from the tub, still very sturdy. The problem was that there was no way to hold the back of my dog to keep him from sitting so I still had to use my one hand to hold him which defeated the purpose of the tub (for me). Grooming was nearly impossible with the small dog as the sides of the tub were in the way. You will still need a table or put them on the ground defeating the purpose of the raised surface. It would be nice if the sides were up for bathing and came down for Grooming. Also, the restraints at the front seem to push the dog to the open end of the tub and not stand at center. The shampoo holder is inside the tub and should be on the outside. The removable legs are a struggle (I still can't remove them) but stable and well made. All in all I think it is a good product but a bit expensive with some design flaws. I am indifferent to the purchase but will keep using it as a raised BATH TUB.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this tub and I would buy it again. Easy set up, I like the safety features, the only downfall no stairs included. I think there is an add on stairs but did not purchase.
