My 3.5 year old golden doodle takes a bath every Sunday. I don't like dirty dogs. At previous home, I have this master bath tub that is tall enough for him to stand under the running water, perfect! I trained him to do that since he was 7 weeks old. Now we move to another house where there is no master bath tub. I still takes him once a week to my other house, as winter season is approaching fast, that Sunday bath is no longer an option. I started taking him to Pet Bath Spa where you can put money and wash him/her on raised tub. I ended up spending $20 for rinsing, soaping, rinsing, drying, and I was soaking wet from top to bottom. I accidentally saw this on Chewy website, decided to try it. My 3.5 year old golden doodle takes a bath every Sunday. I don't like dirty dogs. I accidentally saw this on Chewy website, decided to try it. Oh my goodness~this is THE BEST! I don't have to bend down anymore, no need to sit on a low stool like I used to do. The only thing I wished this tub has, 2 soap caddies on each side instead of only one. I have to change side as I lather him on his other side and no where putting my Nootie shampoo bottle. Other than that, I LOVE it. I got L size for my 75 lb doodle. It's perfect! … more

  • Great for dog shows

I have Kerry Blue terriers and ordered the Medium. So far so good. Used the bath twice in upstairs bathtub but too big to fit all the way in. Have not gone to a show with it yet but looking forward to having it at the RV. Seems sturdy. Have not attached the mat to the bath because there's no way for the mat to dry. Also remember to drain the water out of the hose after use.

  • Bath time made easy

I love this raised tub for my pup. I had been putting her in the bathtub which meant I was kneeling on the floor leaning over the tub while trying to control my pup. This tub raises to a perfect level and the three point harness keeps her in place. I saw other comments about the fact that it is used outside and they didn't want to use cold water. I found any easy fix for the issue. I but two legs of the tub in my regular home bathtub and two legs are out of the tub on the floor. I used blocks to raise it up on the floor side. Now I can use the sprayer from my shower and my pup can have a warm bath. (My tub is just a standard size tub so anyone can make the small adjustment)

  • extremely happy camper

This is the best creation on earth. I am on my second tub which I accidentally ordered one too small. Not anyone's fault but my own. I plan on ordering the extra large very soon. The large is not made for retrievers for sure - even if the fit the weight guideline they are too tall. But I love my tub. I would hope some one has called and explained to the unhappy lady that this tub is not meant to fit in her tub. You benefit the most by using in the basement where you have hot and cold water. Or possibly the garage or outside in the summer. Those legs she's unhappy with need to be that way to support the dogs weight.

  • Love this tub

I had my last booster bath for 17 years . It stays outside, partially under cover, and finally broke a leg. I was concerned about the new design, the tub comes in 2 pieces that snap together. I was afraid it would be flimsy. Not at all! I actually had a tough time pushing it together! It's not coming apart. One of the best pieces of equipment I have bought.

  • legs are not stable at all

    By on

The legs are not stable at all... had to make a support table to go underneath to protect my dogs from getting hurt upon it collapsing, however, for small, light weight dogs, it "might" be ok... but most people with small dogs just bath indoors easier.

  • Brilliant!

This bathtub is genius. I bought the stairs that go with it, and I would recommend that. Putting the tub together was a snap, and it is solid with no wiggling or tippy-ness. My jumpy Irish Setting is very secure while in it. My dog's calmness while standing in the elevated tub is surprising. I would have guessed he would have tried to jump over one of the sides, instead, he stands calmly and contentedly while in the tub - even if I leave him alone for a minute. And, ergonomically, I could not be more pleased. It is so much easier on my back not to have to bend over while bathing my pup. This is a well-designed item and I highly recommend it.

  • Disappointed

I have 3 little dogs and for me at 81 to bathe them in the bathtub was torture for all of us. My knees hurt after a few minutes of kneeling and leaning against the tub was putting bruises on my chest so I bought the Booster Bath. It arrived very quickly and I was anxious to get it out of the box and try it. It was a pretty color, Teal which made my granddaughter happy because her middle name is Teale. Everything was perfect except those legs. They look like they belong on some moon expedition, so big and cumbersome and it would not fit in my bathtub :( I couldn't take it outside because I have no warm water out there and I will not wash them in cold water. • worked for our 50# dog

    By on

We have a calm 50 pound labradoodle. The medium sized tub worked well ...If I am remembering correctly there were 3 choices. We washed her on our deck and it was handy to use the drain tube feature to shunt the water over the side of the deck. The base seems very stable. The plastic sides are moderately rigid plastic, but not super stiff (hence 4 stars ) which may be a problem if your dog tries to jump out or is particularly rambunctious. The height of the tub worked for us (We are 5'8, and 5'10) so no awkward bending. We just lifted her in rather than buying the stairs. Chewy, as always, was excellent, we received the bath promptly.

Great for washing our little dogs (4) of them. I love how it keeps them in one place and off the ground so I do not get soaked. It is wonderful product. and I recommend it to all dog owners.
