Totally recommend this bathing/grooming tub it's perfect. All 3 of my dogs fit, and the foam mat kept my dogs from sliding around, so I didn't need the harness. I got the { Large size } tub for some extra room. I didn't screw the foam mat down cause I like being able to remove it for cleaning purposes. The instructions are super simple. The tool needed is a phillips cross head screwdriver if you want to screw the mat to the base. Cleaning the tub was fast and dried quickly, I also didn't experience any wobbly legs or rocking movements while in use.
I’ve found this Booster Bath to be a great investment. I was easy to assemble (did it by myself) and it’s taken a load off my lower back. No more hunching over to bathe my two mutts. The collar connection helps to keep them in place, it drains well, and it’s light enough to move around on the back patio. When I first put it together I was a concerned about how sturdy it would be, seeing as how it’s all plastic and feels a bit wobbly. However, looks can be deceiving. It handles both my 65 lb mutt and 75 lb Lab with no problem. If you want to save your back some stress, this is the way to go.
this is a ridiculous plastic piece of equipment that is WAY too small and poorly designed. both of my dogs were standing on the ledge due to the length of the tether, which was as short as it would go.
Sturdy, good height/size, easily sets up and down or stored. My dog doesn't like baths. I purchased the medium sized bath (in lavender), set this up on the back lawn/grass, attached the drain hose (included w/ purchase) and stairs that I purchased separately. I then got my 5 yo Cairn Terrier mix to go up and down several times by using treat in hopes to get her used to it before I start the bathing. I did bathe my brand new rescue using this, who was 11 weeks old. I really liked the way it worked, the secure leashes that are attached and is just a great investment if you ask me (but, I do have 2 dogs now😄). The spray attachment (also included) sprays wide enough and is gentle but still enough pressure to rinse well. I plan to set this up in my basement, next to my sump-pump, and use it there during the winter months (I'm in Minnesota) and just drain right into the sump-pump. It's also very near my laundry sink which already has a faucet that will handle an attached garden house. Love this purchase so far.
I bought this last winter and just now used today. It was amazing!!! The shampoo holder is so convenient! My boy is about 80 lbs. and my girl about 65 lbs. the only problem I had was when my girl tried to jump out of the front and took the whole thing with her. Probably would have been better if my girl hadn’t eaten the spray nozzle last night. I’ll definitely wear a swim suit next time! At least I don’t have to clean the bathroom ceiling.
I have an 80lb Goldendoodle and we should have purchased this 3 years ago. We got the large size and it's a good size. We didn't want to go to big because we also have a 50lb Labradoodle. We also use for trimming. Saves your back and precious time since it cuts bathing/trimming time in half. My husband is not one to show much excitement over things, but he REALLY loves this bath. Fairly easy to assemble.
I was so excited to try this to save my back when bathing our full-sized Australian Shepherds. In theory, it's a fantastic idea. However, it's just too big and unwieldy for our small bathroom so I've only used it one time (I noted the measurements beforehand but I was really only accounting for the size of the actual tub). I also find it way too difficult to attach and detach the legs. It would probably be better used outside, but that's not an option for us.
I have two medium sized dogs (about 40 lbs) and I got the Large so I'd be sure to have enough room for them. It worked out perfectly! I didn't need to use the harness as they both just stayed while I bathed them. It was high enough and was great for my back. It went together just as the directions showed, no problems.
It was beyond amazing. It is a perfect height and does not require bending over much at all. I honestly would’ve ordered this as soon as I got my baby if I knew it was this amazing. I have a male husky and he fits perfectly inside. And the collar and attachments to hold him are amazing I would buy this again and again! I absolutely love this. I’m so glad I finally decided to order it. It’s worth every penny. Will probably take pictures next time and show how well it was! Love it!
I am so glad that we bought the Large size, we have a Lab husky mix about 55 lbs. and a small Beagle about 20 lbs. It is a back saver. it makes bathing, blowing dry, brushing or toenail clipping easier than before. My husband and I are very happy with the ease of moving the tub together or by myself. Our Labsky (Luna) she has no problem jumping into or out of the tub. There is nothing negative I can think of to put in this review. Happy dog bathing :)
