I had high hopes for this item but when I received it, it was clear that it was not made with the same material as pictured and the pattern was much less distinct

Even though I bought this collar in a small size, it is much bigger than expected. I should have paid more attention to the dimensions when ordering. I bought the appropriate size based on what was listed for weight but compared to the small size collar she currently has, this was much bigger (particularly wider) and the closure much larger. Had to return it. Received excellent customer service from Chewy.
