great alternative for the Kong or matt.
My pups love this stuff! I freeze it onto a mat or in their Kong to prolong the licking time. Smells like chicken, limited ingredients and made in the USA.

palatable, low-calorie
We use squeezable rewards for muzzle training and with licky mats— but peanut butter and easy cheez were too calorie-dense to be regular, ongoing options for our pup. Enter Caru! About 4 calories per tube, we use 1/4-1/3 tube for hiding daily medication (pup licks the pills right up if they’re covered in this stuff), and we freeze 1/2 tube into our licky mats and keep at the ready for quick distraction that needs to last a couple of minutes (mail delivery, maintenance guy in the hall). Godsend. Ingredients that aren’t super chemical-dense, calories that work for our needs, and flavor/texture she loves.

Natural Smell
My English Golden Retriever loved these! I like that they smell like actual chicken, unlike many dog treats/food. They are great to use with a licking mat.

These treats are great, my chihuaha mix loves them, and because of their delivery method I can bring them with me when I take her to the vet, and the techs can give them to her even when she is muzzled and receiving treatment. This helps to distract her, and helps to keep her making positive associations with the vet. Win-win!
