Got my cats sick and manufacturer had no solid explanation.

I had been feeding my furrballs CatPerson for a few years and now and after the company's change of ownership, something in the food formulation must have changed

I had been feeding my furrballs CatPerson for a few years and now and after the company's change of ownership, something in the food formulation must have changed because the food gets them sick every time with diarrhea and vomiting. Contacted the manufacturer and they couldn't give me a solid explanation as to why it happened with several different "recipes". Don't trust this brand anymore. I'm definitely not recommending it to anybody anymore.

Weruva not cutting it

Supposed to be the main food for my kitties but ever since weruva acquired Cat Person, their recipes have just not been the same. It’s more dry and my cats have

Supposed to be the main food for my kitties but ever since weruva acquired Cat Person, their recipes have just not been the same. It’s more dry and my cats have been occasionally throwing up and having diarrhea. Now they come in a case of 24, and the recipe is even less broth and more like a dry yarn ball. The adverse effects has also worsened. Weruva I don’t know what you did but please up the quality or check your production process because I really want to stick with this product. But if this continues I will have to look elsewhere and that’s so unfortunate because they really loved this product.

I received this 5 pack of cat food cups for free when Chewy ran a promotion. I hadn't tried Cat Person food with my kitties yet, but it looked pretty good from the info provided, and you can't beat the price of $0! I added this to my cats' recent favorite food, because you aren't supposed to introduce a new food all at once. So their first several encounters were with it combined with another food. Yes, they really like that other food, but they will make their opinions known if they don't like something in their bowls. Both of them gobbled it up with enthusiasm! I decided to buy more of this food, because they're clearly fans. I was eventually able to give them each a bowl of just the Cat Person shreds. They liked it on its own as well, though perhaps not *quite* as much as when mixed with another food. It has the shredded texture with broth that they prefer. It smells like real food. As soon as I peel back the top of the cup, they come running into the kitchen to beg for some, as if they're worried I'll decide to give their food to my husband instead of putting it in their bowls. :) This meets their need for moisture and protein. And they enjoy eating it. I do wish it was packaged in aluminum cans instead of plastic cups which my town doesn't accept for recycling. I don't like single-use plastic. But otherwise, the Cat Person shredded cat food is good stuff, and I'll keep a few cups on hand to keep it in my kitties' food rotation.
