How long will the unused portion keep? And does it need to be refrigerated?

An unopened case of food will last until the expiration date stamped on the carton. Prior to opening, we recommend storing cans and plastic trays in a cool, dry environment. Once opened, the unused portion should be refrigerated and fed to your pet within three days.

The packing sucked!

The packaging was loose and the cartons broke open and the dog food containers were all over the box. None broke open but certainly could have.

Delivery left behind

Never had problems with chewy. I love this company however, this delivery qith a box of vat litter and a box of indoor wet catfood was delivered today very late

Never had problems with chewy. I love this company however, this delivery qith a box of vat litter and a box of indoor wet catfood was delivered today very late by a pick up truck and 2 men not ups employees and the box was smashed all to heck. Few dented cans and litter box damaged but bag was intact inside. I get regular monthly deliveries and will continue to do so. First time ever happening in years.
