This harness features two (2) aluminum leash attachments, one on the front of the chest and the other along the back.

To place the harness on your pet, their head slides through the neck opening, then the underside waist straps clip onto the back panel.

I wasn’t too sure when I took them out of the box as everything had to be adjusted and it looked like they wouldn’t fit. We have English Bulldogs and they are usually XL but the instructions had them at L. After much excitement and adjustments everywhere they let me put them on and they fit perfectly! The chocolate color is beautiful with their coat color. See how happy Tomaso is in the pics!

Think twice for XS dog.

Very nice harness. Well made. But my Maltese is a small built dog and these materials were to bulky for her size. I could make it fit, but the bulk of the materials

Very nice harness. Well made. But my Maltese is a small built dog and these materials were to bulky for her size. I could make it fit, but the bulk of the materials made it not easy for her to wear. Plus there wasn't much room to adjust. Looks like the straps are the same width as used on large dog harnesses. Returning it.

My new to me 1 year old little girl was excited to have this harness. She has some behaviors to unlearn, including pulling. This harness is well made. She was right on the cusp of small and medium and I sized up. It's just too big for her. My 4.5 year old boy was standing proud with his new harness, but his build didn't work with this harness. He is a skinny guy with a huge chest. This harness is all up in his armpit and I know it will rub. I contacted Chewy to return items for the first time and was so very impressed with how well it was handled and how they support shelters and rescues. Chewy has a customer for life after this.

Almost, but I need to keep looking

The small is too big for my papillon-chihuahua mix's 18"chest. The "easy" neck clasp is not easy to release. I have to pull it off his head which he hates! I wish

The small is too big for my papillon-chihuahua mix's 18"chest. The "easy" neck clasp is not easy to release. I have to pull it off his head which he hates! I wish they had just used the same clips for the neck that were used for the sides. I don't know what the loop in front of the handle is for. I wasn't able to get his tag clip on it, so I clipped those to the d-ring.

Do not buy

It’s hardware not only is difficult to use it is undependable. Each time I shorten the harness to fit my dog snuggly the hardware gives way allowing my dog to escape

Not for escape artists

I should've named my little girl, "Houdini," because this is the second harness she's escaped in a week. The specs, she's 19 pounds and very long (17" along her back) and sausagy. I initially bought the.medium because her measurements put her right on the line between small and medium and i saw reviews that it ran small. Medium was too big on her chest but I really liked the harness so I ended up buying a small to compare. I still couldn't get it quite tight enough on the neck, but it looked much better so I've been using it. Well, the other day, she learned how to slip her sporn harmess... turns out, that same trick works on this one. In an instant, she puts on her brakes, straightens her front legs and leans back, and it slips off amd over her head and she just steps out of it, so now I have a small and a medium of this harness that I can't trust her in. Back to the drawing board... too bad, it is super cute and seems to be good quality.
