Overall the ingredients list is good, though I do wish the egg was a higher percentage of the protein contribution than it's spot near the end of the list implies.Overall though these are good treats and for a dog more into the flavor they would be great.

I have two dogs: Dexter (very picky eater) and Scooter (will eat just about anything). Scooter really liked them. Dexter won't touch them. These are small,

I have two dogs: Dexter (very picky eater) and Scooter (will eat just about anything). Scooter really liked them. Dexter won't touch them. These are small, crunchy dog treats that would be great for training. The ingredients leave a lot to be desired. The first protein source, "dried eggs" appears as the 9th ingredient, followed by dried cheese and bacon, so there isn't much of it for it to appear near the end of the list. It is a family owned business in the United States, so that is a positive. I would recommend these as a treat for dogs who are food motivated. If you have a picky eater, I would pass on these treats. I personally would not get them again, as I prefer to stick to products that have the protein listed as the first ingredient or near the top. I also have no issue finding treats for Scooter, but Dexter is harder to shop for, so he is who I try to cater to when it comes to providing treats for my boys.

Woof-tastic Treats for a Sophisticated Pup Like Me

I got these treats for my 12 year old, 48 lb. rescue pup, a mixed-breed female. As soon as I opened the bag, she perked up— so they smell good. The texture is different

I got these treats for my 12 year old, 48 lb. rescue pup, a mixed-breed female. As soon as I opened the bag, she perked up— so they smell good. The texture is different from anything we’ve tried before, and she loves them. One of the things I appreciate most is that they’re low-calorie, which helps her maintain her fabulous figure (even if she doesn’t always appreciate my efforts!). They also have antioxidants, which is an added bonus. The size is great for a medium-sized dog like mine—small dogs would find them a satisfying treat, while larger dogs might see them more as training rewards. That said, if I had one minor complaint, it’s that I wish they were just a little bit bigger. She’d enjoy just a little more to chew on. Overall, these are a great, healthy choice that my dog really enjoys. Unless you have an extremely picky eater, I think most dogs would love them!

The Charlee Bear Sunny Side Up treats are perfect for those of us that are mindful of the Calories contained in treats. With less than 4 calories per "nugget" I don't have to worry as much when we are training! The treats are small enough to fit in a training pouch and my dogs love them. They are crunchy style so may leave a dusting of crumbs in your treat pouch, I just use the crumbs to top their dinner! The 6oz bag actually contains a lot of treats, and what dog doesn't love Eggs, Bacon and Cheese?

I knocked a star off for a couple of the ingredients. I don't like the natural flavors, nor the hydrogenated vegetable oil. I do realize without those inferior ingredients, this product would be more expensive.

That being said, neither my yorkies or my australian shepherds cared for the product. They sniffed it and walked away. I have tried several times but none of my dogs seem to like the treats.
