How many calories in each chew?

Since Charlotte's Web chews are NASC (National Animal Supplement Council) products, they adhere to their guidelines, which restrict the disclosure of specific nutrient content such as fat, protein, and calories. As a result, Charlotte's Web does not currently test their chews for caloric content.

For this to be effective does the dog need to have one daily for several weeks, or does it prove effective after one dose?

Since starting this over a month ago, there has been a noticeable decrease in our rescue dog's separation anxiety and a small effect on her fear-aggression. She loves the taste and has not had any kind of side effects. I just wish it came in smaller chews so I wouldn't have to cut them in half. Also, a stronger dose would be nice.

My rescue yorkie boy freaked out during our first Fourth of July together (the week-long booming of fireworks). I got a liquid Hemp extract liquid form (made for dogs, of course) which worked... "okay". So the following year, I got this chew with a hope that the reviews are on point - boy, was I disappointed! This chew did NOT work for even the first night (read: a week before 7/4, so it was just a few boom booms), so by the time it was 7/2 I gave up on this and went back to the liquid form that does work somewhat.

Very calming

I do not know what I would do without this product! My Charles is paralyzed from IVDD. He had spinal surgery and we were told he had a 50% of walking again. Unfortunately

I do not know what I would do without this product! My Charles is paralyzed from IVDD. He had spinal surgery and we were told he had a 50% of walking again. Unfortunately it has been almost a year and he has not regained walking. These chews are a life saver. He struggled with so much anxiety. These chews allow him to stay calm when I am not home and sleep good through out the night. I would recommend these to anyone who has a dog that struggles with anxiety. Charles takes one in the morning and one at night and he is about 65lbs.

Beware: not enough cbd per dose for small dogs.

I bought two calming chews to try. I'd heard of this brand and thought it had good reviews. My dog is only 15lbs. It says to only give her half of a chew so that's

I bought two calming chews to try. I'd heard of this brand and thought it had good reviews. My dog is only 15lbs. It says to only give her half of a chew so that's only 1.25mg of the cbd. The other brand I have is 3mg and works. I think if she were to take a full chew this would work. However, with the other plant extracts, I don't know if that would be toxic for her size. Of course I bought the big bag of these and the trial bag of the other brand. Now I'm kicking myself that I didn't get her the small bag to try first. There's not enough cbd for small dogs. They really need to redo the dosage so that it's safe to take a full chew. I can't imagine it being effective for a dog that weighs more.

great for calming our anxious boy

Fin loves his special treats. He gets one at night so he is not anxious and barking at the dishwasher, the neighbors' garage door opening, cars driving by, owls in the woods, etc... he gets an extra one if there are thunderstorms or fireworks and he is much calmer. we have tried a number of different Hemp treats and this is our favorite brand. our only complaint is that the resealable bag doesn't really reseal very well so you have to put the treats in another bag after a while or they will get dried out.

They work well to calm Harvey down without making him looked drugged, however I have to cut it into small pieces and hide it in other food or he won’t eat it.

Actually Calms our High Anxiety Aussie

Our Aussie has awful anxiety especially with trash trucks, so 3 days during the week she shakes when we leave for work in anticipation of the trash trucks coming

We have tried everything and nothing seemed to calm her down. Except for these treats. The shaking has decreased significantly on days that we give her these treats.
