CHI Oatmeal Dog Conditioner

It's ok

I am in love with Chi products for my own dogs and grooming business. I absolutely love the smell! However the conditioner does not spread easily and I tried cutting it with water and it just clumped. I been blending it with a little shampoo to help it to spread. I just received last week and I am already almost a 1/4 down due to it not spreading good so I have to use more

I love this stuff! It makes my Aussie smell so good. The smell from this product usually lasts a long time. I still smell it on him after 2 weeks. Not to mention his coat is absolutely so soft. I love it. I have no bad words about this product!

Wonderful, i love the smell and runs so smooth throughout my dogs curls. I have 3 toy poodle and definitely would recommend. I pair this w the tearless shampoo and my dogs hair is shiny and smooth. I rebought this item 3 times and now it’s on auto-ship.

Great product/Horrible CS&Shipping

Package came early and I was excited to shower my spoos until I opened the box. I bought 3 items: 1 conditioner and 2 shampoo. Conditioner cap broke and just about everything spilled and soak the box. 1 shampoo missing pump, and another had a crack/broken body... Little spill compare to the conditioner. Called Chewy, the lady wanted me to pick up/scope up the leak mess from my trashcan, bag the mess, box it, and ship it back. I said I can show them pictures as evidence but they rather want me go dig my trashcan and ship back spills and broken bottles. I guess no shower for my doggos and no more buying large items from chewy. I'm pretty irritated about this.

I have 4 dogs and finally pulled the trigger and bought this Chi shampoo, conditioner and spray. It smells so good it rinsed easily and I used far less of it to get a lather. Benny enjoyed it so much he fell asleep!

I was looking for a soothing and moisturizing oatmeal shampoo. This was recommended below it. Initially I thought ha, I don’t need that. But I purchased it anyway because of my dogs dry skin and the reviews talking about reducing tangle. I have a Shorkie who I really wanted it for and wow. It really helped moisturize his dry skin and detangle knots. But I was most impressed with how nice and soft it made my mixed dogs long wiry hair soft and manageable. They remained silky and smooth for over a week or two. Their hair wasn’t as wild and bedhead like when they wake up from naps. The smell is strong, but it does dissipate over a few days. And I do love the smell. It’s like a clean cologne smell. Perfect for boys, but I wash my girls in it too. I don’t think it’s too strong and I get frequent headaches. This hasn’t caused any, but anyone sensitive to smells this probably wouldn’t be good for. Scented might not be for your pup either if they have sensitive skin, but my Shorkie does get really itchy and flaky in the winter and will scratch himself till he bleeds. He didn’t react to the shampoo or the conditioner on his open scratch, but I was and would be careful and slow to test this on your baby if they’re sensitive. It definitely helped moisturize bc he had less flakes and his skin was improved with more frequent washes. He also itched 50-70% less!

this stuff is GREAT

This stuff is magical, it works great. I spray it on a custom rug we have, they stopped scratching it. They still roll around on it which we don’t mind but they stopped trying to destroy it

Feels great but very scented

Got this for my Siberian pup. It felt great putting it on her, a lot of slip. What I don’t like is how fragranced it is. It’s a good scent and it’s not overwhelming but I just think for a dog that could be very aggravating to their skin. First time users, I would definitely pay close attention the first 24 hours to see if your dog seems to be bothered by it at all.
