Range makes this pointless
This product is horrible for pets. I can maybe see how it would be useful for stationary objects, but the whole point of this for animals that may be outdoors is you need a GPS tracker to TRACK where they are and could be. The fact that it basically only shows me where my pet is while he's in my yard is pointless. I've had it for 4 hours and I'm returning it now. Complete waste of time and money.

Wont work- cant sink to my phone. Trying to make it work with no luck.
Junk
Junk only works in a half block range
Dead Battery
This chip came in a timely fashion, however, one day after activating it, the battery was dead. Now I have to go to the store and buy a new one. They did credit me $12 for the item.
I can find you
I wondered for the longest if these tags worked; now I know they do. This was really easy to install and set up. It's on my cat's collar now and I can easily find him. I only wish it were a little smaller. No biggie though, I am ordering an other one for my other cat.
Not helpful
This tracker on synced up when my dog was right next to me.
Great customer service.
My dog lost her hearing in her old age and wondered off quite a bit. The out of range alerts helped with that a ton and the bluetooth helped me find her easier when she got lost. I bought 4 more for my keys and one arrived non-functioning. Within two minutes chipolo had another on it's way to my house and a coupon code for my trouble in my inbox. Felt fair to use the saved time to review them proper.
Too big for cats
Ordered this for my cat and it is too large. Misleading. Chewy offered no other god trackers, so not sure what to do now. Regret this purchase. Would probably work for a dog.

I don't usually write reviews on here, but today I feel compelled to. I bought 2 of these for my two cats just to keep my mind at ease. I had a cat who went missing more than a year ago, and I constantly regret not putting some kind of tracker on him. Anyway, the front door was accidentally left open and one of my cats ran out. I panicked the moment I notice he wasn't around and instantly open the app to locate him. It was able to locate him nearby and I rang the chipolo from the app and was able to find him hiding under my car. Luckily he didn't run off far. I am so, so glad I bought these tags and highly recommend them! The tags are a little big on my cats, but I'm sure that wouldn't be an issue on a dog or horse. It is quite durable considering how both my cats like to wrestle and play rough sometimes. The app is very easy to set up and there were no issues with Bluetooth and location connections every time I use it. Plus there's no subscription or fees, but this tracker can only track up to 200 feet I think. My cats are strictly indoors, so that's not a big deal for me. I would've been a wreck today if it weren't for Chipolo! So thank you Chipolo for making these and thank you Chewy for stocking these and having them shipped so quickly!
