Cobalt Aquatics Super Pellet Aquarium Carbon, 44-oz tub

For Use in a Canister Filters and Sumps: Pour the desired amount Super Pellet into a fine mesh media bag and close securely. Prior to use, rinse with RO/Di (reverse osmosis/deionized) or dechlorinated tap water to remove dust from storage and transport. Place into a canister filter as you would other filtration media. For use in a sump, place in an area with high flow and away from pump intake. Super Pellet will treat the following aquariums for up to 1 month: 9.5oz jar up to 40gal, 16oz jar up to 70gal, 9.5oz jar for each additional 50gal.

For Use in a Dedicated Media Reactor: Ensure your reactor is appropriate for carbon. Add the desired amount of media to your reactor. A course reactor sponge should be placed above and below Super Pellet to prevent tumbling of the media. Excessive movement can cause the media to pulverize into a fine dust which may enter the aquarium.
