These are black and there are approximately 12 holes.

how many holes are there and how high do they go from the end of the leather?

There are 12 holes spaced a 1/2 inch apart. The height from the end of the leather is approximately 3.5 inches.

No holes where I need them at 5'1"

I am 5'1" tall. I was excited to purchase leathers with 1/2" spacing since a little change goes a long way at my height. Unfortunately, I will have to punch TWELVE

I am 5'1" tall. I was excited to purchase leathers with 1/2" spacing since a little change goes a long way at my height. Unfortunately, I will have to punch TWELVE more holes to even get to where they need to be set for me. SO disappointed! You would think I could trade out an extra 18" of material for 12 holes. With all the young girls who ride, surely there are enough riders my height to offer prestamped holes.
