There are no standard sizes for dog collars. Please be sure to measure your dog's neck for correct size. Measure around your dog's neck (with string or tape measure) snugly where you want the collar to lay.

By adjusting the metal slide, open the collar loop wide. Slip it over your dog's neck and decrease size until you can comfortably slip only a couple of fingers under the collar.

To select the most accurate size collar for your pet, measure the center of their neck with a cloth tape measure, a few inches down from their head. Pull the cloth tape measure snug, but not tight. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. Make sure there’s enough room for about two fingers between the collar and your pet’s neck for comfort.

To select the best size we recommend that you measure your dog's neck girth (circumference). To measure for the neck girth you'll measure at the broadest part of the neck. If the dog happens to be in between sizes it's then recommended to select the bigger size. The small is 11-15 inches, the medium is 15-21 inches, the large is 18-26 inches, and x-large 23-31 inches.
