Collar problem

I ordered a medium which should have fit good but with it was made it is a little lose adjusted as small as it goes.

The first collar I recieved was large pink for a girl and I hav3 an intact male pitbull. And I complained so another collar was sent and I recieved it yesterday

The first collar I recieved was large pink for a girl and I hav3 an intact male pitbull. And I complained so another collar was sent and I recieved it yesterday but it's the wrong size they sent an Xl which is too big. I don't know what's up with this company but I still.dont have a collar for my dog.
