amazing set great customer service

I have bought from this vendor multiple times and I heard about that situation chinchilla1 is talking about and know they offer wooden dowels or metal hardware

I have bought from this vendor multiple times and I heard about that situation chinchilla1 is talking about and know they offer wooden dowels or metal hardware on Etsy. This person had left there ledge in the cage for TWO years without changing it. Please be aware ledges should be changed at least every six months to a year for sanitary and safety reasons. Different animals may chew down sharp points in wood. I love all of these products and will continue to purchase more fresh clean ledges from all of there stores

I do know this vendor offers wooden dowels as well so as for other reviews I think it’s just a competitor making up false claims. Every thing I have purchased from this vendor is top notch and my animals love them. Fast shipping decent price and easy to install! On Etsy they offer more and can choose dowels it says all over their site.

Vendor uses unsafe construction

It's cheap cause they cut corners to make product quickly, but don't care about safety. Nails, staples and screws should never be used in small pet supplies especially

Nails, staples and screws should never be used in small pet supplies especially with chins since they are such avid chewers. Vendor was made aware of a severe injury from their products and has zero interest in changing the way they make things. Very unprofessional
