Will this clip fit a 3/8" collar?

This set comes with three clips. The Large fits 1¼ inch collars, the Medium fits 1 inch collars and the Small fits ½ inch collars.

Can I use any network to use

The waterproof rating for the Cube is IP67. These clips are for fastening your Cube GPS (sold separately) to your pet’s collar.

will this work where there is no cell service? I live on 500 Acres would like something that could track my dog whereabouts without cell phone.

Works very well for holding Cube GPS tracker to my dogs collar. He is a rambunctious 12 week old husky pup and he had lots of energy. If he hasn't been able to pull, chew or knock it off by now, I am fairly confident that it can hold for years to come. In fact, when I tried to take it off myself to put it on his new collar, I had to use a screw driver to pop it off!
