I was impressed by the sturdiness of this. But, I'm unfamiliar with the product and was unable to figure it, out. I called the business to ask for instruction. Receptionist said, they're aren't any. But I can go ask the guys in the warehouse and get back with you. She never did. I was able to get help from a neighbor, who got it working, properly and Dakota crate is now strapped in, securely. No thanks to the company who touts themselves on pet safety. It's an awesome crate, by the way. I took off two stars: one for lack of instructions provided with strap, and: one for lack of follow-up from customer service
