We insist that out German Shepherds be crated while in our car. We just bought a Tesla Y in CA and needed a crate that would fit and be appropriate for our current boy. Most crates we tried were too large and heavy. This one fits perfectly behind the driver’s seat with the rear left passenger seat laying flat - with the crate opening facing the lift door. The car’s rear A/C flow goes directly into the side panel which is fully vented. This soft crate is not for unruly dogs but our guy is crate trained and will remain calm while inside - otherwise he’s a high drive, energetic powerful boy. We’ve had it for almost a year and it’s held up well. We don’t use the zipper often at all and understand heavy use can be a problem. We take him everywhere we go so we’ve made a pull-across Velcro flap just to show him we want him to stay put. It’s worked out great for us.

After having this crate for almost 3 months, I can say I’m very pleased with this purchase. Putting it together at first was tricky and a little frustrating, but once all lined up things fit well. I like the design of having 2 doors, and our dog has not had any issues with getting his foot caught in the crate (as he did with his other one!) so I feel much better if I have to leave him (though I spy on him with a puppy cam). He feels very comfortable in the crate to rest, nap, and often goes in on his own. He is 11 mos old and at this point 30 pounds, and the crate is the right size even if he grows more. The color is nice, too,- different from ordinary crates. The name is somewhat misleading as it is collapsible if you want to take it down and store it away, -not easy to take apart and put all back together. I won’t be taking this apart! I would recommend DIGGS brand and am happy with this quality product. Thanks!

This crate is great, it’s so versatile because the panel sides are interchangeable, meaning you can move it to new areas of the house and still use both doors. It’s waytoo expensive, but I purchased it when it was half off. It didn’t work out for us because my dog is slightly too tall for it.

Stay far away from this crate- safety issue!!!

I bought this crate directly from the company. I received a defective $300 crate. Because the door is defective, and there is a very big gap between the top of the door and the rest of the crate, my puppy could easily get his paw stuck. You also have to lift the door when closing it in order for it to work correctly. I purchased an iCrate, which is the same size, but does not have this safety issue (and is much cheaper by the way). The company wants all of the packaging back in a return. There is no way for a regular customer to package this crate the way it was sent in order to return it. I don't even know if I will get my money back at this point. I hope people pay attention and read the reviews.
Love this crate
We have a rescue dog who destroyed a wire crate. Terrible separation anxiety. She loves this crate for some reason and no issues. She loves laying in it.

Rover loves it
After one night, with some assiduous training, our puppy is quiet through the night in the Diggs crate.
