Diggs Revol Collapsible Dog Crate, Ash, Medium

The product seems to be good quality (I just got it), but the customer service is awful. I bought a very large dog crate. My dog is 113 lbs. The instructions say it takes 20 minutes to put it together. After about 30 minutes, I tried to use the QR code on the instructions but it did not work. I then tried to call and text the number on the instructions (which is suggested on the instructions) and got no response during normal business hours. The pieces were all over my house and furniture was out of place and I could not leave them that way. I finally figured it out. They did respond to an email the next day thanking me for letting them know the QR code and phone # did not work. Two days later, I got an email with an offer of a free crate bed for anyone buying the crate I just bought. I emailed them to see if I could get the bed since it had only been 2 days and because of the issues I had with their customer service. They declined. Apparently, customer goodwill is not as important as a bed that probably cost them $20. If I had to do it again, I would not support a company that does not value their customers.

Super durable

I like the color and look of the crate. But the garage door (which folds in the middle instead of just raising up like a garage door) sticks all the time It's difficult to open and close. The latches dont always catch to lock closed. It also comes off the tracks often. So when I get my puppy who I'm trying to train inside she has plenty of opportunity to jump out. Now that she's more familiar, it's not as much of an issue as she will now wait there as I struggle lol, but the sticking and coming off the tracks is annoying. It's very heavy and difficult to move around. But I do love the opening and talk to put treats in without accidentally letting my puppy out. For the price I would expect much better.
