Dog Gone Smart Dirty Dog Shammy Towel

my chihuahua who has a lot of fur around her neck HATES the dryer.... we always go to self washes and those towels never does the trick.... this towel gets her the driest possible!!!!! Seriously love this thing It's the perfect size for smaller dogs that have a lot of fur. She's technically short haired but just her beck air theres tons of fur we think she might be part pomeranian. I would suggest a bigger size for medium+ dogs if they aren't short haired completely.

My Labradoodle has extremely thick hair and it takes 4+ normal towels to get him dry. Using this microfiber towel makes it so we only need this and 1-2 normal towels to get him dry. It soaks up all the water and is extremely efficient. I love the slots for you to put your hands in, it makes the drying process easier. I'm confident using two of these after a bath would get my dog completely dry. I just bought 4 more...two more for me and two for gifts for dogs with similar thick hair.

Friday night at 11pm my Lab was skunked. Great kickoff to Memorial Day weekend! I had purchased this shammy in March and hadn't yet used it because it's so difficult to bathe him at home. Anyway, reality set it as we did a 2-bath marathon which resulted in the usual soaked floor, wet walls, etc. But! I can honestly say that this fluffy shammy made a HUGE difference when compared with using 3 bath towels to get him dry. The little pockets for your hands really help keep the shammy "in place" so you can scrub down into the coat quickly before your dog runs for the door. He was 90% dry in a few minutes, which was impressive given his double coat and squirmy antics. Washed it and dried on low; looks Friday night at 11pm my Lab was skunked. I was not expecting to love a towel for cleaning off my dogs. I have two hairy dogs that seem to track in mud every time they come inside. We have always kept some regular old towels by the door but still the mud and footprints show. After using this towel the dogs paws are cleaner than ever before! We've used it after the rain and it really does absorb so much more than regular bath towels did. I highly recommend it!

The arrival of this was perfect as we experienced our first snow with our pup. This towel dried him quick after his romp in the snow left him drenched and shivering. The size is manageable, not too small but not overly large. Well made. Like that it has a hanging loop so it can be stored right with the leash and potty bells.

The only reason I didn’t buy this 12 years ago when we got our black lab was because I didn’t know about it. Did it exist then? IDK. No matter what kind of dog you have or are plan on getting, get this. Dogs get wet. This will save your towels and your dog actually will like to be dried off.

This towel helps so much more with my rough collie I usto go through like 2 or 3 normal towels to dry him now I have this and I only need to use 1 of these to dry off my thick coat dog

Super happy I got this towel. It’s so easy to dry my mini schnauzer puppy and it dries him very well. I only need to do a bit of touch up with a hairdryer. Excellent buy.

Outdoor shower and towel dry never gets all the sand of our dog. But using this on her paws, etc to dry her off is a big improvement.

I live in Florida, and go outside when it’s raining. When I come back in, my person dries me using the Shammy Towel. It feels so good and I love being dried with it.
