1" tag is unreadable...

Absolutely love the design of the tag itself, where it screws around a collar (or, in our case, a harness). I've been sliding on the flat, thin, medical-alert-bracelet

Absolutely love the design of the tag itself, where it screws around a collar (or, in our case, a harness). I've been sliding on the flat, thin, medical-alert-bracelet style ones but there's a chance those could come off so I've been waiting for something like this for ages! It's a bit thick to accommodate the screw length, but it's a fair trade for the security in my book. However, the engraving is so small it renders the tag completely useless. This attached photo was taken only 5" away and reading the phone number is impossible at that distance, even when it's not on a moving dog. If you found a lost dog, you'd have to remove the collar/harness from the dog to get in close enough to read it. (Our current tags you can see from a couple feet away, more if you have good eyesight.) I *think* it depends what size you get. Some of the review photos show larger text but others have the same complaint I do, so it's either a size determination or it's just hit or miss? I bought two of these and both are the same so I won't be able to use them. So disappointed because these could have been amazing! Hoping to call Chewy after the Thanksgiving holiday this week and get them refunded. (Knowing Chewy, it probably won't be an issue since they're great! It's just this product that's a miss.)

Nice Engraved Dog ID

It does not dangle and get caught on things and fall off. It comes in 2 parts. The engraved side fits over the top side of the collar, and the back side of the ID

It does not dangle and get caught on things and fall off. It comes in 2 parts. The engraved side fits over the top side of the collar, and the back side of the ID fits over the underside of the collar, then you screw it together. It stays put. And it’s large enough on the engraved side to have 2 phone numbers and your dog’s name.

Well, it doesn't address the thickness of the collar. My dog's collar is not anything unique, it's just a collar. I need longer screws. The photos of the collar are too large to display here.

Perfect fit and finish

The product showed up and a quick and install was less than 1 minute. The dog tag for my dogs collar perfectly with a slick and streamlined back to that it doesn’t

The product showed up and a quick and install was less than 1 minute. The dog tag for my dogs collar perfectly with a slick and streamlined back to that it doesn’t irritate my dogs neck. The font was exactly as described not overly large so that it’s big and flashy but big enough to read without needing a magnifying glass. Would definitely order another one in the future.

Impossible to Read

The text on this item is so ridiculously small that it is nearly impossible to read. Certainly it would not be helpful if your dog gets lost and doesn't want strangers

It feels sturdy but lightweight enough that it doesn’t bother my pup at all. Gives me peace of mind knowing my contact info is always on her if she ever wanders off. Highly recommend for pet owners!

I didn't realize that this tag "screws" through the cloth collar, but turns out great! I loved it that it doesn't make noises and makes the collar look custome
