About This Item

Details

  • This mat is made from two layers that work together to trap litter stuck to your cat’s paws or thrown out of the box.
  • Extra-large honeycomb-shaped openings on the top layer are round and soft on your cat’s paws, and allow litter to easily fall below onto the second layer.
  • The two layers are attached on just one side so you can effortlessly dump caught litter back into the box or in the trash.
  • The entire pad is water repellent and the bottom layer is plastic which deters urine odors and is easy to clean.
  • If your cat is known for making messes, you can put a puppy pad in between the mat’s layers for effortless cleanup.

What happens if you use a clumping litter and it gets wet?

If the litter happens to get wet we do recommend that you removed the pad from the area and clean it outside so it doesn't get on the floor. To clean the mat please rinse in warm soapy water and air dry.

Where is the product made?

Is this mat safe for luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring?

Less mess

We bought two of these and they are perfect right outside of the littler boxes. Just pick up the top flap and easily sweep or vaccum.

Love this mat!

The litter the cats track out of the box when they jump out gets trapped in this mat perfectly! And it’s easy to vacuum up. The only drawback is that poop sometimes

horrible to clean as my male cat sprays outside the litter box and the litter gets stucky in those little holes, and I had to use a scrub brush to clean it, and

It mostly works with Litter Pearls Ultra Cat Litter

It caught a lot of the clumping clay litter that stuck to the cats feet and it likewise catches the excess crystal litter.

Excellent quality, functional and a great help. I purchased two jumbo high sided litter boxes with a front entryway. I no longer have to follow my furkids with a vacuum cleaner after they use the box. It's large enough so that most of the sand-like litter that clings to their feet is deposited on the mat. It's also very simple to gently shake it, bend the sides slightly upward and lift the flap on the left side to deposit any trapped litter back into the box. I have tile and wood floors and these mats have cut down my vacuuming.

Less litter to sweep up

This mat really works to keep almost all of the litter in the mat instead of spread out on the floor. I find that it is easy to pick up the mat and pour the litter

This mat really works to keep almost all of the litter in the mat instead of spread out on the floor. I find that it is easy to pick up the mat and pour the litter back into the box. Lifting up the top flap and sweeping litter into a dust bin in a bit challenging. Or, maybe that is just me! I'm going to purchase a second one for another litter box.

easy to empty, soft on paws

helped control loose litter, but a bigger one would work better- or getting two. lightweight, easy to empty. cats didn't mind walking on it.
