The extra power compared to the current one I have

Can recharge and not worry about batteries running down. My dogs nails are tough and this really does the trick w/o being so loud as to scare them.

I replaced a battery powered pet nail dremel with this rechargeable model. It works well, provided of course that your pet tolerates dremel nail grinding. You need to provide your own USB charger (they provide the cord). It could be improved if it was a little smaller in diameter and lighter. But overall, this is a very good nail grinder.
