1) Put it upside down. Rotate the bottom cover to unlock and take the cover off.

2) Remove the filter from its packaging then put the filter back.

3) Rotate the bottom cover clockwise to lock back in place. (You'll hear a "click").

4) Return to upright position on a flat, stable, and clear surface.

1. Check if the filter packaging has been removed.

2. Make sure the windows are closed as polluted air may continue coming in from outside of the windows.

3. The overloaded filter will make the fan work harder to pass the air through.

4. Consider replacing the filter if it is clogged.

5. Do not place in crowded areas and corners.

6. Check if air outlet and inlet are obstructed.
