Drymate Washable Dog Training Pee Pads, 29 x 36-in, 2 count, Charcoal

The Drymate washable pads are both leakproof and slip resistant, plus they are easy to clean. Rated 4 stars because during the hot weather we’ve had all summer, I can’t get my dog to lay on them. I’m guessing that the fabric top layer may be a bit warmer than the other cloth ones I purchased, which he prefers. However, this winter, when it’s cold in the house he just might prefer these. Right now, I’m using them underneath some too thin disposable pads to protect my hardwood floors, and they work great for this purpose!

These washable Pee Pads came in handy for my dog that was just diagnosed with Cushing’s disease. They are much larger than disposable pee pads but can be cut down to size. I put them between his pillow cover and the pillow, and the pillow has NOT been soiled since. So much easier to just wash the pee pad along with the pillow covering instead of the entire pillow. I have another on my hardwood floor which he likes to lay on. Since one side feels like felt and the other side feels like rubber, he lays on the soft side while my floor is protected from accidents.

A good option except for one thing in my case. I wish they could be dried in a dryer on low heat, since I don't have a place to hang them to air dry. Also air drying takes a while so you would definitely need more than two depending upon how fast you can get them to air dry while you have one in use. Other than the fact that they need to air dry they work pretty well. We had no leaks while using them. And I love the fact that they're better for the environment than something that is used then thrown into a landfill.
