It works ok as regular shampoo.

Zero noticeable bug repellant properties. It kind of has a greasy feel on my hands but does not do a good job moisturizing my horses coat. The reason I bought this

Zero noticeable bug repellant properties. It kind of has a greasy feel on my hands but does not do a good job moisturizing my horses coat. The reason I bought this was so that the citronella would allow me to use a little less fly spray, but it seems all I got was a pretty subpar quality horse shampoo. It does smell like citronella in the bottle but the smell is nonexistent when it’s rinsed off the horse, even if it’s allowed to sit for a while.

All natural

This shampoo repels so many insects and I love to use it on my Appaloosa. Its so much better than spraying her with a bunch of chemicals
