For my elderly bird

So funny enough, I actually got this for my elderly cockatiel, Mikey! He has some issues with moving around, so this gives him a nice little spot to sit and rest/forage

So funny enough, I actually got this for my elderly cockatiel, Mikey! He has some issues with moving around, so this gives him a nice little spot to sit and rest/forage. I personally sewed a bunch of tiny mats shaped to it too so I can swap them out/wash them to keep the platform clean! Plus it gives my birdie a little extra comfort. ((He doesn't chew on fabric so I know he won't eat them. If you also plan make mats for the platform, make sure your critter doesn't eat fabric!)) Size is pretty good for a bird of cocaktiel size to use as a small resting spot. It attached nicely to his cage too! Sits firmly.

Came Broken but Chewy resolved the issue :)

It came broken unfortunately. Seems like the wood is not the strongest, which isn't on Chewy. They promptly gave me the option for a full refund. Thank you Chewy!

Extra space for bunny

The shelf is slightly wobbly, even with the built in hardware for reinforcing, however that could be due to the metal slats on his cage being a smaller gauge. That

The shelf is slightly wobbly, even with the built in hardware for reinforcing, however that could be due to the metal slats on his cage being a smaller gauge. That said, two weeks in, and the shelf seems to hold our rabbits’s weight, and hasn’t compromised the cage bars.

Works for smaller small animals. my chinchilla broke it off the cage after a week since both mounts are on one side and not both. Not sturdy, Just snapped.

My guinea pigs like to jump on

My boys love to use this corner shelf and I put a fleece corner fabric over it for comfort. The only thing I wish it had the fastening bolt things on the other straight

A little wiggly

I'm a little worried that it only has screws on one side, so it's a little wiggly and makes me nervous for even a light bird's weight. I'm going to give it a go,

This is a good idea but gets a lot of poop.

My birds do like hanging out in it, but it also occupies a lot of space in their current cage, and it gets very dirty very fast. so I don't use it.
